Return policy for shipment damage and manufacturing defects
If there is a return due to a manufacturing defects, customers must notify us immediately. For overseas customer will be given 2 weeks from the date of receiving, for local postage delivery/local sale personnel delivery customer will be given 1 week from the date of receiving. Products boxes and all the manufacture paperwork must be in tact.

Customer must ensure to put helmets back in the helmet bag and place the helmet upright in the helmet box, do not remove brand or safety stickers from the helmets. JAD Global will refuse any items returned scratched, misuse, abuse or damaged by user

Legal policy
JAD GLOBAL not be held responsible or liable for any harm, injury or death that may involve in use of any protective gear for normal usage or power sports. All motorcycles helmets are either DOT certified or ECE R22-05 certified. It is the user responsibility to check with their countries authorities regarding the legal use of each helmet.

General
We try to keep our prices and information as current as possible. However, due to possible unforeseen changes of unpredictable markets, there may be a price or informational change on an item before we update it in our listings. If there be a price change on an item you have ordered, we will contact you to advise you of the change prior to shipping.

Products Limited -in-stock

Customers can still place orders for products which are limited in stock. Delivery time for such orders may take about two weeks. Customers are Advised to give us a call at +6597265888 before placing an order.

Products out of stock

For products which are out of stock, customer can Contact Us or call us at +6597265888. Once the products arrive, priority will be given to customers who have made a 50% down payment in advance.

Promotion Period

For orders placed during promotional period and products run out of stock, customer will still be able to enjoy the promotional price as long as orders are place before the end of promotional period.

Delivery Policy
JAD Global will not bear any responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions:

1. The address given was incorrect.
2. No such person at the given address.
3. Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours during which delivery was requested to take place.
4. No valid contact number was given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successful

Customer must be present to accept delivery. In the event that the customer is unable to take delivery of the purchased item at the originally agreed upon time, and said customer failed to give reasonable notice of such inability, there will be an additional charge for a second delivery.

All orders requested will be confirmed via e-mail or telephone.

All prices listed are in Singapore dollars

A 50% cancellation charge will be imposed if the arrangement has been made or if delivery has been attempted.

Orders made online must be paid in full for delivery to proceed

For cash on delivery, products amount must be paid in full and a receipt will be given on the spot.

For Local Cash on Delivery, JAD Global will ensure that every products delivered is in good condition, if there should be any unforeseen circumstances, we will contact the customers before delivery. Therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to check the products before accepting and sign on the receipts.

Local Delivery Charges (*Note* delivery charges will not be implement on Discount period)
Delivery charges of SGD$3 applies if:                                                            

• Delivery of less than 2 helmets per location per trip OR
• Delivery of apparel below SGD$120 per location per trip.

*The price of one helmet can be combine with apparel to add up to over SGD$120 for free delivery locally.

We will provide free delivery service to your door step/location if:

• Deliver of two or more motorcycle helmets per trip.
• Over SGD$120 of motorcycles apparel ordered per trip.
